Our ministry to children is highly important to us, especially with all of the new, young families joining our church family. We are currently revamping our entire ministry to children due to the importance we place on it.  Aiding families in the spiritual development of their children is vital because we firmly believe that spiritually maturing our children and their families is necessary for a healthy church family. Our theme in the children’s ministry at the Auburn Church of Christ for 2006 is: Elevate. II Corinthians 13:11 says, “Aim for perfection, listen to my appeal, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.” We will be the first to admit that we are not perfect, but we are striving for that to Elevate our entire ministry to children.
